Exclusive Hire available. Use of function rooms, accommodation and garden areas in stunning East Yorkshire countryside are included.
Accommodation includes 2 Cottages, The Farmhouse and 4 double bed Shepherd Huts, sleeping 30 "A" list guests including the bridal couple!
Ceremony Space - Dove Barn up to 80 seats.
Function Space - Up to 80 day guests and no more than a total of 100 guests in the evening. The oak framed venue room for sit down meals, buffets, and dancing.
A licenced stocked and staffed in-house bar.

Farmhouse: Sleeps 12, includes a hot tub and is dog-friendly.
Martin Cottage: Sleeps 4.
4 x Shepherds Huts: Each sleeps 2.
Hazel Cottage: Sleeps 4/6
A minimum of a 2-night stay is included in our wedding package, with the option to book additional nights.

While live musicians and DJs are welcome to enhance your celebration, please note that they are not included in our packages and must be arranged separately.
Please note the venue is in a rural area, and we adhere to specific noise restrictions with music to be off by midnight.

Yes, you may decorate the barn. We only require that candles be used in hurricane glasses, lanterns, or tealight holders.

Unfortunately, guests can not bring their own alcohol for the wedding as we have a fully equipped bar open until midnight.
If you have special requests, let us know in advance and we can arrange to have specific items available at the bar.

Yes, weather permitting, you can hold your ceremony in our beautiful gardens or patio area. We will provide you with a backup plan in case of inclement weather.

Yes, you are welcome to decorate the outdoor space to your liking. Please let us know your plans in advance so we can assist you. We can provide chairs and tables for your outdoor ceremony. Please let us know your requirements in advance.

Yes, we can accommodate tipi and marquee weddings at Clayfield Farm. However, please note that this is an additional cost and requires prior arrangement. We do not have our own tipis or marquees on-site. However, we can provide you with recommendations for reputable companies that specialise in tent rentals.
