Exclusive Hire available. Use of function rooms, accommodation and garden areas in stunning East Yorkshire countryside are included.
Accommodation includes 2 Cottages, The Farmhouse and 4 double bed Shepherd Huts, sleeping 30 "A" list guests including the bridal couple!
Ceremony Space - Dove Barn up to 80 seats.
Function Space - Up to 80 day guests and no more than a total of 100 guests in the evening. The oak framed venue room for sit down meals, buffets, and dancing.
A licenced stocked and staffed in-house bar.

Our Wedding Pricing Packages
Classic
From £6,500 to £9,000
For couples who love flexibility and want a beautiful day their way. Includes the following as standard
Full day hire of the ceremony barn and main venue room (8am to midnight).
Arrival from 4.00pm the day before your wedding and departure at 11.00am the day after your wedding.
Furniture for your celebration.
Accommodation for the couple the night prior and the night of the wedding.
On the day coordination.
Elegant
From £9,500 to £12,500
For couples who want an elevated, stress free experience with key extras included. Includes everything in our Classic package, including the following
Welcome drinks for all guests on arrival.
Drinks package for the wedding breakfast.
2 nights accommodation for up to 28 guests.
Pizza shack evening food.
Room styling included with bud vase flowers & candies. Consultation with our in-house room stylists. Flower arrangements are not included, and will be an extra charge.
Duluxe
From £13,500 to £17,000
For couples who want a full, luxurious wedding weekend.
Includes everything in our Elegant package, plus the following:
Champagne drinks reception.
Full catering package with canapes, 3 course wedding breakfast for all guests.
Farewell brunch on the day after the wedding until 1pm.
Please note that prices vary depending on the time of year. Weddings held on or over a Bank Holiday incur an additional charge of £500. We do not host weddings over Christmas and on New Year’s Eve.

After the ceremony, enjoy drinks and your wedding breakfast in the impressive oak-framed venue room, complete with a fully stocked and staffed bar.
Inside, Dove Barn is styled with beautiful details that make it extra photogenic, including a fairy-light curtain running the length of the back wall, statement ceiling baubles, and warm wall lighting that creates a magical glow. To make the space uniquely yours, we also offer wedding décor hire such as blossom trees, LED candles, and bespoke aisle styling, perfect for enhancing your rustic Yorkshire barn wedding theme.

Yes, we offer several accommodation options:
Farmhouse: Sleeps 12, includes a hot tub and is dog-friendly.
Martin Cottage: Sleeps 4.
4 x Shepherds Huts: Each sleeps 2.
Hazel Cottage: Sleeps 4/6
A minimum of a 2-night stay is included in our wedding package, with the option to book additional nights.

We are delighted to accommodate music throughout your event. Our bluetooth surround sound speaker system is available to play your chosen tracks during the day.
While live musicians and DJs are welcome to enhance your celebration, please note that they are not included in our packages and must be arranged separately.
Please note the venue is in a rural area, and we adhere to specific noise restrictions with music to be off by midnight.

Yes, you may decorate the barn. We only require that candles be used in hurricane glasses, lanterns, or tealight holders.

Unfortunately, guests can not bring their own alcohol for the wedding as we have a fully equipped bar open until midnight.
If you have special requests, let us know in advance and we can arrange to have specific items available at the bar.

Yes, weather permitting, you can hold your ceremony in our beautiful gardens or patio area. We will provide you with a backup plan in case of inclement weather.

Yes, you are welcome to decorate the outdoor space to your liking. Please let us know your plans in advance so we can assist you. We can provide chairs and tables for your outdoor ceremony. Please let us know your requirements in advance.

Yes, we can accommodate tipi and marquee weddings at Clayfield Farm. However, please note that this is an additional cost and requires prior arrangement. We do not have our own tipis or marquees on-site. However, we can provide you with recommendations for reputable companies that specialise in tent rentals.
