Yes, accommodation in the wedding package includes The Farmhouse (Sleeps 12) and Rose Cottage, the Honeymoon Suite.
Further accommodation can be booked for 16 guests in Martin and Hazel Cottage (Both Sleep 4), and our four Shepherd Huts (Sleeps 2 in each).

Yes, weather permitting, you can hold your ceremony in our beautiful gardens or patio area. We will provide you with a backup plan in case of inclement weather.

Yes, parking is available at no additional cost, with space for up to 60 vehicles.

Absolutely! While we have a list of recommended suppliers, you are welcome to use your own.
We do recommended several caterers who have worked at the venue before, if you would like to use another caterer, please understand that they will need to have a site visit prior to your wedding.

We are delighted to accommodate music throughout your event. Our bluetooth surround sound speaker system is available to play your chosen tracks during the day.
While live musicians and DJs are welcome to enhance your celebration, please note that they are not included in our packages and must be arranged separately.
Please note the venue is in a rural area, and we adhere to specific noise restrictions with music to be off by midnight.

Yes, you may decorate the barn. We only require that candles be used in hurricane glasses, lanterns, or tealight holders.

Unfortunately, guests can not bring their own alcohol for the wedding as we have a fully equipped bar open until midnight.
If you have special requests, let us know in advance and we can arrange to have specific items available at the bar.

Yes, you are welcome to decorate the outdoor space to your liking. Please let us know your plans in advance so we can assist you. We can provide chairs and tables for your outdoor ceremony. Please let us know your requirements in advance.

Yes, we can accommodate tipi and marquee weddings at Clayfield Farm. However, please note that this is an additional cost and requires prior arrangement. We do not have our own tipis or marquees on-site. However, we can provide you with recommendations for reputable companies that specialise in tent rentals.
