Our oak-framed barn is a flexible space, perfect for corporate events, networking, or creative workshops. Seating up to 90 guests, it blends rustic charm with modern comforts, giving your event a relaxed yet professional vibe.

Christmas Wreath Workshop

Join us at Clayfield Farm on Wednesday 2nd December 2026 for a festive Christmas Wreath Workshop, hosted by award-winning florist Jayne from Free Spirit Flowers.

For £50 per person, your ticket includes:

  • All materials and tools

  • Full tuition to create your own beautiful Christmas wreath

  • A festive drink and mince pie

The Venue Room

Introducing our oak-frame building, meticulously designed to cater to a variety of events including intimate wedding receptions, private parties, functions, meetings and workshops.

Boasting bi-fold doors that unveil sweeping countryside views, complemented by a vaulted ceiling and elegant wooden floors and furniture, our venue exudes timeless rustic charm.

The venue has a dancefloor space and seating availability for 20-90 guests. On the side of the venue lies a purpose-built commercial kitchen and bar, ensuring seamless catering and service for your event.

A large patio area to the front and side of the building offers guests the option of al-fresco dining. Beautiful topiary and bay trees frame the surroundings, while our permanent flower arches offer a charming photo backdrop in the gardens.

With onsite accommodation sleeping 30 guests, Clayfield Farm is the ideal location for your retreat, party or celebration.
